PS Magazine 719 front cover

The unique, irrepressible, and irreplaceable Joe Kubert, who died August 12, would have been 86 years old today. A Birthday Remembrance of Joe is presented as BlogPost 35 in this ongoing, salute to the U.S. Army’s internationally acclaimed PS Magazine.

The accompanying selection of graphics includes an image and discussion regarding Joe’s last Front Cover for PS–next month’s (October 2012) Issue 719, attached here.

Joe and I initiated this blog last year. The response has been so favorable that I shall endeavor to continue it in the spirit and style that Joe so carefully helped shape.
